CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St Thomas, USVI- The [US] VI Police Department Criminal Investigation Bureau has arrested 63-year-old Lawrence Turnbull of Estate Mandahl, and pastor of the St Paul Baptist Church, on charges of child abuse and unlawful sexual contact.
