Burglary & theft among arrest matters for Oct 8-29, 2023- RVIPF

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) has published its Arrest Blotter for the period October 8 - 29, 2023.

Among the offenses are burglary and theft, along with possession of a controlled drug with intent to supply, common assault, and driving without a driver’s license.

BURGLARY

On 29-10-2023 at about 1613hrs, Police arrested and charged Brandon Foxe, 20 of Long Bush with Burglary. He was granted bail in the sum of to appear at the Magistrate’s Court on January 11, 2024.

THEFT

On 13-10-2023 at about 2311hrs, Police arrested and charged Jamal Innis, 27 of Spring Ghut with six counts of Theft and Uttering Forged Documents. He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 to appear at the Magistrate’s Court on 23-11-2023.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED DRUG WITH INTENT TO SUPPLY

1. On 28-10-2023 at about 1048hrs, Police arrested and charged Jehkhalibbah Williams, 18 of Purcell Estate for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Supply and Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug. He remains in custody.

2. On 29-10-2023 at about 1423hrs, Police arrested and charged Aleem Fahie, 28 of Brandywine Bay for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Supply and Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug. He remains in custody.

3. On 29-10-2023 at about 2136hrs, Police arrested and charged Keanus Smart, 18 of Free Bottom for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Supply, Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug, Keeping an Unlicensed Firearm and Unlawful Possession of Explosives.

He remains in custody.

4. On 29-10-2023 at about 2136hrs, Police arrested and charged Khaleed Francis, 24 of Nottingham Estate for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Supply, Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug, Keeping an Unlicensed Firearm and Unlawful Possession of Explosives.

He remains in custody.

COMMON ASSAULT

On 19-10-2023 at about 1440hrs, Police arrested and charged Orin Ceasar, 33 of Carrot Bay with Common Assault, Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct, and Throwing missiles. He was granted bail in the sum of $10,000 to appear at the Magistrate’s Court on 06-12-2023.

DRIVING WITHOUT A DRIVER'S LICENSE

1. On 09-10-2023 at about 1805hrs, Police arrested and charged a 17-year-old male of Sea Cows Bay for Driving Without a Driver’s License.

He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 to appear at the Magistrate’s Court on 21-11-2023.

2. On 13-10-2023 at about 1535hrs, Police arrested and charged Ra-Shaun Penn, 19 of East End for Driving Without a Driver’s License, Driving an Unlicensed Vehicle, Driving an Uninsured Vehicle, Driving Without a Front Identification Plate, Driving Without a Rear Identification Plate and Driving Without a Crash Helmet.

He was granted bail in the sum of $3,000 to appear at the Magistrate’s Court on 23-11-2023.

    THEY PUT THE CHEEZE IN FRONT OF US
    AND AND A GUN TOWARDS OUR HEAD , SO WE AIN'T ( TEK-IN ) NO BLAME , BLAME THEM , THEY TRYING TO MAKE US LOOK BAD , ITS A SET UP .BY THE COLONIALISTS TO PUT US BACK IN CHAINS AGAIN

    I know some of these people so I can say their actions went beyond financial difficulties, and into the realm of dishonesty!!!
