HS Class of ’92 blasts Gov’t for “draconian” conduct [Speech Included]
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The Class of 1992 of the BVI High School now Elmore Stoutt High School (ESHS), has blasted the action by Government for not giving a rationale for its decision to not have Bevis Sylvester be the keynote speaker at the ESHS graduation and claim they were being subjected to what they deem to be “distasteful, dishonest and draconian conduct”.
