You must be able to speak eloquently, especially since intellect carries the most points generally speaking in any pageant. You must also be able to respond to questions at the spur of the moment, not having any concept or idea of what the question would be. You have to be able to have that intellect and that comes through education.”

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - The eleven delegates who took to the stage last evening at the Miss Caribbean World 2013 Pageant completed their performance to the dollar, all capped off the night being a queen in their own regard but the Queen of a Queens was the Virgin Islands' own Miss Sharie B. deCastro.
