BVI Culinary Team sets ‘A Taste of the Caribbean’ fundraiser

Smith has heavily criticised the recent Territory update speech by Premier Dr the Honourable D. Orlando Smith. The BVICCHA Chairman said the speech was very political, licking old wounds and most importantly failed to present any policy designed to bring any re-dress to the damaged economy of the Virgin Islands.
