Priorities! VIP Gov’t resumes scholarship programme; 32 awarded
DUFF’S BOTTOM, Tortola, VI- Three years after the now ousted National Democratic Party (NDP) Government halted the scholarship programme, blaming Hurricane Irma and Maria, the Virgin Islands Party (VIP) Government has resumed the critical programme, awarding some 32 scholarships to the Territory’s students.
