BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, MAY 28TH 2013 (CUOPM) – St. Kitts and Nevis’ Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hon. Patrice Nisbett recently represented the Prime Minister the Right Hon. Dr. Denzil L. Douglas at a meeting of political and business leaders on Necker Island in the British Virgin Islands to back an initiative aimed at expanding protection for the Caribbean's imperiled coasts and waters.
