Appeals Court rules against Police Officers found guilty of beating youth
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The Court of Appeal in the Virgin Islands yesterday, November 23, 2016 upheld a Magistrate’s Court decision that had found interdicted Royal Virgin Islands Police (RVIPF) Officers Constable Marvin Robinson and Wendel Anthony guilty of a police brutality incident– assault causing actual bodily harm.

PROSPECT REEF, Tortola, VI - The two interdicted police officers Wendell Anthony and Marvin Robinson who were found guilty on October 8, 2014 by Magistrate Dr. Velon L. John for beating 18 year old Brandon George back in 2012 were today October 30, 2014 each fined $2k at the Prospect Reef Magistrate's Court.
