Dead horse @ race track creates a stink for SCB residents
SEA COW’S BAY, Tortola, VI – In a horrible mishap, a horse has met its demise on the infield of Ellis Thomas Downs in Sea Cow’s Bay (SCB) after it fell into an open well and died some days ago and as a result the neighbourhood is contaminated with the fumes of the animal’s decomposing carcass.
Garbage collector wants action taken against misuse of dumpsters

Garbage collection affected by faulty equipment- DWM 2012 Report

New Pockwood Pond incinerator tripled electricity bill in 2012-Report
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- While the new incinerator at Pockwood Pond proved to have more than the capacity to handle the amount of waste reaching the facility; it also brought about an increase in operating costs.
