PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad- Speaker of the 2nd House of Assembly Ingrid Moses-Scatliffe is in Trinidad and Tobago attending the 21st Commonwealth Speakers and Presiding Officers Conference (CSPOC) at the Hyatt Regency in Port of Spain, Trinidad.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - The first Attorney and second female to be named Speaker of the House of Assembly (HOA) of the Virgin Islands, Ingrid Moses-Scatliffe, has urged all elected members of the Second HOA to present healthy debates and actively participate in the decision making process, while bearing in mind that the Virgin Islands and the world are watching to see how the House performs.
