Employment dipped in 2012 & 2013 in VI; Were we misled?

Orlando Smith was elected to office and in the two years that followed, 2012 and 2013, Premier Smith was talking up the Virgin Islands (VI) economy and claiming that it was “robust.” The statistics, however, proves that he was misleading the public.
