ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Senior Magistrate Tamia Richards announced recently that she received a favourable report from the Sandy Lane Centre about defendant Tellon Brewley following the defendant’s guilty plea on April 24, 2013 to unlawful possession of cannabis.
Man fined $7,500 for cannabis in peanut tin & glove compartment
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – A 54 year-old man “owned up” to being the owner of a vehicle that had 55.8 grammes of cannabis concealed in a Planters peanut tin and some in a glove compartment on January 14, 2012.
Brandon Cline on remand for cannabis possession
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Brandon Cline, who is reported to be the son of Bishop John Cline, was remanded to prison on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 after he pleaded guilty for being in possession of over 60 grammes of marijuana.
