Motor scooter rider fled scene after accident, checked in @ hospital- RVIPF
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI– The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) has again raised concerns with the frequent amount of collisions involving motor scooters/cycles on the territory’s roadways, noting that of the five accidents with injuries recorded last week, three involved motor scooters.
