VI horseracing stalwarts to be honoured on Sunday April 17
ROAD TOWN, Tortola VI- Saying ‘thank you’ goes a long way but the BVI Horse Owners Association has gone a little further by hosting a ‘grand’ luncheon and exhibition horse race for several persons who have been credited with contributing towards the development of horse racing in the Virgin Islands.
