Vanterpool’s (R4) flip-flopping of his resignation from the Virgin Islands (VI) House of Assembly (HoA) on March 14, 2019, Governor of the Virgin Islands, His Excellency Augustus J. U. Jaspert aka ‘Gus’ says he is yet to receive formal notice of the vacant District 4 seat and is seeking legal advice on the fiasco.
