BAUGHERS BAY, Tortola, VI- It was sometime around 1:30 P.M. today, Wednesday November 29, 2017 that persons called our newsroom to report that they saw a prisoner, Mr Keon Edwards, allegedly wandering the streets in the Baughers Bay area of Tortola.
