NANNY CAY, Tortola, VI - Yesterday (Thursday April 3, 2014), the 2014 BVI Spring Regatta and Sailing Festival's Regatta Village at Nanny Cay opened with Maritime Heritage Day and a visit by the Queen's Baton Relay.
