RVIPF made 8 curfew arrests over the weekend - Governor Jaspert
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) apprehended eight persons for breaching the round-the clock mandatory curfew over the weekend, Governor Augustus J. U. Jaspert has said.
24-hr curfew: No visits to beaches, roadside garbage bins or extended dog walks
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- “Simply put, unless you are classified as an essential worker under the Curfew Act you will be required to remain at home from 8:00pm tonight until 6:00am tomorrow morning, and then from 8:00pm tomorrow, Friday evening, to stay at home, I repeat, stay at home, continuously until 6:00am on Thursday, 2nd of April.”
