ST JOHN’S, Antigua – The Antigua and Barbuda government says the cash-strapped regional airline, LIAT, which had been grounded since March this year as a result of the measures taken by regional countries to close their borders to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, along with the airline's own financial problems, will return to the skies on November 1, 2020.
