FAT HOGS BAY, Tortola, VI – Information coming into Virgin Islands News Online (VINO) from residents in the Fat Hogs Bay area is that sewerage woes have resulted in water running on the road in the vicinity of the Mandinka Apartment complex, creating a slippery hazard, now a serious danger to both drivers and pedestrians.
