Minister Vanterpool: All major projects halted!
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The Public Works Department was instructed to cease all major projects, including the ‘controversial’ Purcell Ghut and BiWater until they have been reviewed by the new Minister for Communications and Works Mark Vanterpool.
Manse Road widening project 50% complete!
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - The project for the widening of the carriageway between the Methodist Manse and Joe’s Hill, which is expected to significantly reduce the traffic congestion that has plagued the area for years, has been moving apace and on schedule but is awaiting one landowner's agreement to give up a piece of his land to accommodate the completion of works.
