Here we have a young man of faith, a man with a passion for people and country, all evident in his love for serving and staying faithful to God, being actively involved in his community. Where it comes to country, he has stepped forward to show his ambition of getting to the level of the country’s leadership as he is the Deputy Premier and Minister of the Virgin Islands Youth parliament. This individual is Our Young Professional for the Week – Trevaughn ‘Tre’ Todman (R7YP).
‘Careless speech can affect social cohesion & economy’- Hon Walwyn
PARAQUITA BAY, Tortola, VI - Minister for Education and Culture Honourable Myron V. Walwyn said part of the responsibility of young parliamentarians is to be prepared and ready to debate topical issues such as the National Health Insurance (NHI) but warned them that, for the sake of social cohesion and the preservation of the economy, they must do their research in order to be on point with their position.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Senior member of the Virgin Islands Party (VIP) and Representative for the First District Honourable Andrew A. Fahie said investments by Government must be made in youth and they must be involved in the affairs of the territory so they can take the reins when that time comes.
