UPDATE: Zika scare! Funds scarce! No fogging until Budget allocation
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- As most countries in the Caribbean, including the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS), begin to take proactive measures against the potential threat of the Zika virus, the Virgin Islands Government has shown no real sense of urgency, compared to what other countries have been doing.

FREDERIKSTED, St Croix, USVI - Officials from the USVI Department of Health confirmed this morning, January 22, 2016 the first case of the Zika virus — a tropical disease that may lead to babies being born with abnormally small heads — on St Croix, US Virgin Islands.
Community leader warns against Zika virus
