CIBC First Caribbean now charges non-customers $5 to cash cheques
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – CIBC First Caribbean International Bank has instituted a service charge of $5.00 for every cheque that they cash once that person does not have an account at that bank and the Government is said to be investigating this.
