“I will be right here!”- Police Commissioner Frazer on retirement

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- “I am not going to bid you farewell because I am not going anywhere, I will be right here. I assure you that in any point in time any of you, to the constable to the commissioner, can call on me and I would be of any advice or council that I can and is within my remit, and when I say anytime I say anytime within reason”, were the words of Commissioner of the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) Reynell Frazer at his farewell parade today March 29, 2012 at Festival Ground.
