ROAD TOWN Tortola, VI - Telecommunications giant Digicel (BVI) Ltd., has this week confirmed that it has signed on to the popular Hon. Julian Fraser Save the Seed National Basketball League as Platinum sponsor. The announcement came last Saturday October 25, 2014 during round two of the post season games and is effective immediately and will run until the end of the new 2015 season.
