Romain Virgo, Konshens, VIBE close out Festival
CARROT BAY, Tortola, VI – The final night of Festival activities – the close out as it is called – took place at the Carrot Bay Festival Village last night August 8, 2015 and while the venue was packed to capacity to hear the soulful reggae sounds of Jamaican artists Romain Virgo and Konshens, many felt that the real close out was the night before with soca mega star Destra.
