ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Speak Out BVI host Douglas Wheatley, in relation to the young men in the VI participating in criminal acts and being incarcerated one by one, stated that the problems that should have been corrected at a young age, stems from the homes, schools and ignoring religious practices and are in need of positive role models to guide them.
