ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Chief Fire Officer Mr Zebalon McLean has confirmed to Virgin Islands News Online that the source of the fumes that forced the evacuation of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, Commercial Division building in Road Town this morning March 22, 2013 was from a damaged back-up battery in the building and not a gas leak as was suspected by some persons.
