Hon Wheatley wants frugal spending on Festivals

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – With the Virgin Islands Festival and Fairs Committee (BVIF&FC) some $300K in debt as accumulated under the Dr D. Orlando Smith led National Democratic Party (NDP) government, the committee is looking to spend this year’s $710k budget as frugal and as wisely as possible given the current rebuilding atmosphere in the Virgin Islands (VI).
