ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Virgin Islands News Online has now been informed by Acting Transmissions & Distribution Engineer of the BVI Electricity Corporation, Symorne Penn, that power has been restored to the area around 6:00pm this evening, August 18, 2012. She added that the Corporation is very sorry for any inconvenience that may have been caused during the power outage.
