Universities calling for CXC requirements from VI students – local CXC Registrar
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Students of the Virgin Islands (VI) equipped with their School Leaving Certificates who wish to further their studies overseas are being side-burned by universities in the United States (US) and England due to the fact that they did not complete any examinations from the Caribbean Examination Council (CXC).
