UPDATE: Port Authority denies Lloyd K. Black assignment
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The BVI Ports Authority is debunking a report carried on this news site earlier today June 24, 2014 which stated that Mr Lloyd K. Black is expected to take up an assignment with the Authority to head up a unit that will spearhead fund-raising for the landside development part of the Cruise Pier Development Project.

Cruise pier study finds suspected ‘dead reef’ very much alive
