Disgruntlement over pending increase in mooring fees
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Some owners of seabed licenses (moorings) are taking issue the increase in fees to be instituted soon. Some claim the action is untimely and while a relatively advanced notice was given, there should have been some consultation first.
