DUFF’S BOTTOM, Tortola, VI- “Our marine resources need our help,” was the clarion call by Minister for Natural Resources, Labour and Immigration, Honourable Vincent O. Wheatley (R9), as he detailed that an emerging disease scientists are calling Stony Coral Tissue Loss Disease (SCTLD), which attacks living tissues of corals eventually leading to their death, has reached the Virgin Islands.
