VIF&FC Chairperson laments lack of funding for festival
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Saying that the Virgin Islands Festival and Fairs Committee (VIF&FC) has good plans for Emancipation Festival, Chairperson Kishma A. Baronville says the Committee can only act on those plans as funding is made available.
