BVI Forward Campaign targets taxi drivers for increased awareness
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- More than 60 taxi operators in the [British] Virgin Islands have benefitted from a number of information sessions presented by the Financial Services Implementation Unit as part of the ongoing BVI Forward campaign to build greater awareness about financial services.

Offshore companies against creation of 'central registry'
PASEA, Tortola, VI – Acting Permanent Secretary in the Office of the Premier Mr Brodrick Penn said that there are concerns among stakeholders in the financial services sector regarding cost and security implications of establishing a central registry of beneficial ownership information as is being requested by the UK Government.

FSN gets sizable cheque from Friends of the BVI!
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The Friends of the British Virgin Islands (FBVI) has come to the aid of the Family Service Network (FSN) with a healthy donation of $26,000. The money was given to the organisation in December of 2012 but the ceremonial handing over was done today January 14, 2013 by Director of the London Office Mr. Kedrick E. Malone.
