PARAQUITA BAY, Tortola, VI – Lovers of Art & Photography will have an opportunity to indulge in both as the Creative Waves BVI Arts, Photography & Sculpture Exhibition opened last evening, February 21, 2024, at the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College (HLSCC) at Paraquita Bay, Tortola.

Hosted by HLSCC and Cedar International School, last evening saw the opening ceremony of the Creative Waves BVI Art, Photography & Sculpture Exhibition where scores of persons flocked to the event to witness local art. 

The event is being promoted as a celebration of art, music, theatre, photography, sculpture and crafts from performers and creators across the VI.

“The exhibition is free and is open to the public daily from 10:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. at HLSCC Main Campus in Paraquita Bay in the Atrium,” exhibition organisers said in a Facebook post.

The exhibition's lineup includes more than 70 local artists from Tortola, Virgin Gorda, Anegada and Jost van Dyke

Members of the public are being encouraged to support the local artists as they showcase their incredible artistic talents.

The exhibition will have its final showing on February 25, 2024.
