@foxy there is no sin greater then the next. All sin is sin no small sin no big sin. Please Remember that they all carry the same weight in the sight of God. The laws of the land have different penalties for each category of offenses.

Why are these rapists identity concealed? The public has a right to know who these predators are. Otherwise let's just conceal the names of everyone who commits a crime

Sometimes the name of the rapist remains, hidden, in order to protect the victim. We are not protecting the criminal but you know how it can get around here sometimes. Some people tend to blame the victims and harass them as it's their fault. Based on what information is out, it sounds like a minor/very young adult. The victims don't need this.

Wishing this person, a full recovery from this.

I understand exactly what you are saying. That is why the perverts needs to be punished to the fullest extent of the law.I knows what it is to be violated and sexually abused by 2 different family members at the age of 14 and no one did anything about it instead, I was shamed and made to look like it was my fault. As I grew older, most of the time my mind was seeking revenge. I had already dig a grave for two in the bushes. When the time came to carry out the plan, I could not do what I had set out to do. Those two is suffering worse than a cold hungry stray dog on the street. That is good enough revenge.

Because if he was identified, other victims(children) would identify him as a perpetrator and BVI would not want want that...Children and the elderly are not contributors to the and network of criminal activities.

He ain't from VG so stop painting our locals men black. These men sickening with the lil girls in their household. But sometimes we REALLY can't always blame the men, it can go back to how these girls does dress inside the house too and what they see or hear inside the house also. We adults needs to show more respect to our young ones in our homes...JUST SAYING. But hope that if he did it he will get the full penalty for this act.

I cannot believe you said it goes back to how the girls dress! I don't care if they are naked, that does not give anyone in or out of the home to rape them. Respect goes both ways, and some of the young ladies need to respect themselves first.

You telling me that a big MAN can't be blamed for touching a lil girl/young lady because she is scantily dressed in her own house? A MAN would be able to control his own actions, sounds like you talking 'bout lil boys to me. It don't matter what she was wearing, it is NEVER her fault that somebody touched her against her will. You sound like you also have some growing up to do and need to learn to control your body...

saying that we can’t blame men because how the girls dress is actually insane. The clothing that someone wears is never an invitation for someone to assault them.

Start posting pictures of the pervs. Also, they need to set up a sex offender data base where the pervs have to be registered as a sex offender.
