We the parents want to know why Chucky never show up with the shirts for the athletes. And not one soul apologise to the parents.

The BVIAA should be investigated. Year after year, it’s the same old story. Same bias in the selection process for the Carifta team. The President is head coach of the yellow/gold track club and the Treasurer is the head coach of the red track club. Big conflict of interest and nobody sees anything wrong with it. That speaks volume of our values as a territory. That conflict of interest leads to the majority of the senior athletes for the red team making the Carifta team, whether they qualify or not. The yellow/gold team does similar. Put your egos away Steve and Chucky. You are only hurting our young athletes by this type of biased selection.

Congratulations to the athletes that were selected; those that qualified and those that did not.
My question is why not one thrower made the team, not even selected to gain some level of experience.

Make our team a bit more diverse. Yes, our territory is small but I’m sure we have a more diverse field of athletes available. Where are the throwers, distance runners and other field athletes? It shouldn’t just be sprint events. Level the playing field.

BVIAA needs a new body NOW! How is it that we never heard of times for a certain athlete but being you are the president your child on the team. How is it that you on the board and only selecting athletes from your club. Encouraging them to leave other clubs to join yours to promise them trips. DISOLVE THE BVIAA NOW! There needs to be an investigation done on how athletes are chosen. A whole storage room of clothing and shoes are just sitting there rotting. I am so sick of the place. I beg the Minister of Education to get involved and make sure her name stays clear when dealing with this specific board.

How is the delegation chosen? From my understanding there are alot of people doing jumps but your coaches specialize in sprints? And who is that manager? Does she even attend the track and field meets and usually mix with athletes? Why everything have to be politics. These are people children. You board people need to go find hobbies. You all sickening. I wish the other clubs would make a stance and boycott the meets
