A local difficulty in the British Virgin Islands has highlighted the fault line between the United States Virgin Islands – a US territory, and the Virgin Islands a British Overseas territory.
Investigation reveals ‘several safety factors’ associated with ‘MV Mojaito’ collision
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- An investigation by the Marine Safety Investigation and Reporting Authority (MSIRA) into the collision involving the motor vessel, 'MV Mojaito', revealed several safety factors associated with the incident. The collision occurred on the night of July 26, 2025, in the Sir Francis Drake Channel, south of Brandywine Bay, Tortola.
