VIslander Kenisha Frett appointed Administrator @ Griffin Law in UK

KENT, England, UK- A daughter of the Virgin Islands soil has been appointed Administrator at the United Kingdom office of Griffin Law.

Ms Kenisha Frett of Tortola will now be based at Griffin Law’s offices in West Malling, Kent, in England.

Ms Frett graduated from the University of Kent with a joint honours degree in Psychology and Law. In pursuit of her legal career, she is currently undertaking the Legal Practice Course online.

According to a press release from Griffin Law, Donal Blaney, Principal at Griffin Law, welcomed Ms Frett to the post.

“I first visited the BVI to live and work when I was admitted to practice there in 2004. Today, I remain heavily involved in Tortola, being co-director of a law firm, Sterling Griffin, and owner of Griffin Trustees, which holds a Class One Trust License. I think it’s an excellent turn of the wheel that as well as employing people in BVI, we are now in a position to employ someone from there over here!”

According to the press release, Griffin Lawis a niche litigation firm of innovative, proactive, tenacious and commercially-minded lawyers who guarantee to share the risk of litigation with every client.

“We deal solely with litigation cases and our expertise has been recognised by our peers and the media in the form of awards and testimonials. We pride ourselves on providing innovative, cost-effective legal advice to individuals and businesses. This includes (but is not limited to) discussing funding options that may be available to them, and how we can help achieve an optimal end-result for our clients,” the press release stated.

        Nothing apparently. If they did it would have been included as a part and tribute to a local and distinguished family of the VI.
        Too bad for her they cannot be recognized and here is hoping the stigma will not affect her in her future endeavours.

      I'm sure that she will. We need our human resources however we need our young people to surpass their expectations, see their potential and develop through opportunities given. Everyone says come back, but what should she come back to? Have her Law degree and work as a paralegal for years and then settle for all the limitations attached? Young Lady, strive for excellence and go wherever your wings and the wind takes you!! Many won't realize your greatness until you have your accolades and are in a better position to help others as well. For now, do what is best for you! You can not pour from an empty cup!- KUDOS
