Too many people here CANNOT drive. Their licences need to be revoked. The only way other than having a heart attack at the wheel that this could of happened is she was either drunk, on her cell phone, watching a DVD, or just plain careless. I am glad that she is ok - but it shouldnt have happened.

You cannot get in an accident when you are drunk - thats negligence! An accident is a circumstance that is unavoidable. Had she had a heart attack while driving and crashed that would be an accident. Texting, drinking, on the cell phone, looking at aircraft, having faulty steering are all Negligence - learn and understand.

I see people on their cell phones and texting while driving ALL the time. They don't even have the decency to pull off the road! Instead, they weave all over the road and clearly are not paying attention to the road. But the minute they get a ticket for using their cell phone while driving, they are all over the police for DOING THEIR JOB! It is high time the fines went up for this offense. It is not only ignorant, it is downright dangerous! We could solve some of treasury problems if the police would start really enforcing the cell phone laws as they pertain to driving. I think there should be a $250.00 fine for the first offense, $500.00 for the second, $1,000.00 for the third and lose your license for a year for the fourth offense. If you do it again after getting your license back, you should lose your license permanently!
