CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St Thomas, USVI — The [US] Virgin Islands Police Department (VIPD) is seeking the community’s assistance in locating two runaway teens, whose mother reported to the VIPD on Thursday, April 6, 2017 that her two teenage daughters had ran away.
The missing teens are Janessa Harper, 16, and Ryleigh Harper, 14.

Here's the thing, these are two sisters that ran away. Does anyone not think that maybe the parents should be investigated? Maybe there is some abuse going on, maybe there are some family issues.
They could have been abducted and held against their will, but this scenario I think demands a further look at the parents. We live in an age, where we need to accept that everyone, child or not has a reason for doing things, and not always because they are "immature."
Gotta be dem. Dem young / look alike n strangers
