UPDATE: No foul play suspected in death at Josiah's Bay!

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - This news site has now been informed that there is no foul play suspected in the discovery of the body of a man found in Josiah's Bay which has since been identified as that of Lionel Stoutt.

Stoutt's body was found in his home located in Josiah’s Bay, on the eastern end of Tortola on Monday, September 17, 2012. He was 59 years old at the time of his death.

Acting Press Officer of the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF), Sergeant Carl Mason related that, "there's nothing suspicious about it, the gentleman who died had been ill for some time." 

It remains unclear how long the body was at the home and the cause of death, as investigations are ongoing. Mason added that, "we are awaiting the post mortem."

    So if the story is still being worked on and the police seemingly have not completed their investigation and have not released a statement, why the photo of a crime scene tape? Just asking...

      Its just a picture "just asking"... duuuuuuhhhhhhhh!!!! ... its not a pic of the real crime scene. sometimes news papers, tv news use random pics to give you an idea of what the story is about. ......common sense

        just asking.. for security reasons, its better for the police to secure that area to conduct their investigation and hopefully come up with a death due to natural causes, than for them not to secure the scene and it turns out that there was foul play or a crime was committed, then evidence would be contaminated.

      i remember him playing strong defensive basketball in the "dreds" from eastend and he never used to wear socks while playing...and he had this reggae band in st croix "the kosher heads"
