UPDATE: Man dead, Teen hospitalised in Huntums Ghut shooting
In addition, we can confirm that a 17-year-old boy is at Peebles Hospital, after also being shot at the same time. While information surrounding the shooting is unclear, it is believed that a group of men were playing Dominos close to the Huntums Ghut Basketball court while others were looking on, when a gunman opened fire.
It is believed also that Mr Charles was one of many onlookers. We will bring more accurate details as they become available.

Gunshots fired in Huntums Ghut 1 dead
HUNTUMS GHUT, Tortola, VI - [ Post Time: 10:20 pm] Sometime after 9:15 PM this evening Sunday, February 3, 2019, gunshots rang out in the area of the Huntums Ghut Basketball court, on Tortola's main Island.
Police sources told our news centre that some three persons were reportedly shot at and one person whose name, age and photo we have, has died on the spot.
Police, friends, onlookers and family members are on the scene, as the investigation is ongoing.
In addition to the dead man, a 17-year-old boy is in the emergency room at Peebles Hospital, who was also a victim of gunshot.
