‘Time is money; be punctual’ –Jasmine A. Perez
Bell Entertainment Agency has been around for some time now but today more than ever before they have been making their presence and influence more visible in the Territory.
“Basically it’s a source of temporary employment but it goes beyond that and we are planning and expanding into other things entertainment wise but the gist of it right now is promotion hostesses, temporary bar tenders and servers and models,” Ms Perez explained to this news site.
Friday evening September 19, 2014 was an experience of pure inspiration and positivity when this news site joined Bell Entertainment Agency’s recruitment/training session for a number of young and prospective new ‘Bellers’. The session was held at the Sir Rupert Briercliffe Hall and one of the most innovative topics was that of giving customers of Bell which are local businesses value for their money.
Speaking with the young women Ms Perez was able to articulate in a very real way the importance of being on time, a problem that seems to be plaguing the Virgin Islands from the highest office of the Premier to the ordinary Church service or run in the park.
“Time is money, when a business hires you they do so for a period of time, if your turn up five minutes late you are literally robbing that business. They would have contracted us for a stipulated period so they expect full service for that time,” she stressed.
The young women were also very interactive and were very good at articulating their opinion on any chosen topic, their deportment was marketable and equally of importance was their physical appearance, beautiful, clean, neat, of good character and excellent poise.
Once selected to become members Bell Entertainment Agency said that they can safely boast of having members of the highest quality which cannot be turned down by prospective and existing entities that hire their services.
The recruitment drive continues this Friday September 29, 2014 and others interested in becoming members are free to attend the Belle Entertainment casting calls for its growing promotion company as according to Ms Perez, they thrive on providing young women with job opportunities on a temporary basis for companies that have promotional and commercial needs.
“We are looking for young ladies from the age of 17 and older that possess a great personality and who are also reliable and punctual as well as flexible. These ladies must at least a high school diploma and be either a BVIslander or have work permit exemption. Last but not least must have great interpersonal skills.”
