Terry Smith charged for alleged firearm & ammunition possession

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The officers of the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force this morning, April 30, 2015 executed a search warrant at a residence in the Butu Mountain area and found a Glock firearm and ammunition.
As a result, Terry Smith of Butu Mountain was arrested and later charged with unlawful possession of firearm and ammunition.
He is scheduled to appear before the Magistrate’s Court tomorrow morning, May 1, 2015.

So they tried to kill him and given where he lives and for fear of his life he maybe got protection and they arrest him for taking steps to protect himself from another attempt on his life. RVIPF sometimes you have to inject common sense and practicality in situations like this. We know he is not Caucasian so protecting him will not be 24hrs a day. Give the guy a break man.
