PASEA ESTATE, Tortola, VI- It is unclear whether there were injuries when the driver of an SUV lost control, causing the vehicle to flip on the James Walter Francis Drive Dual Carriageway on Tortola tonight, August 8, 2019.

The incident took place in the vicinity of The Moorings around 10:30 PM.

It is unclear what were the circumstances surrounding the accident.

No reports of serious injuries were received by our newsroom up to time of publication.

Earlier today, an SUV slammed into an electrical pole at Sophie Bay, Tortola, causing the pole to break in half and disrupting power and traffic.
