How can two men get charged for the same crime and one get remanded? This is the kind of unfair things we seeing from the RVIPF

The same crime can have different levels. An ABH might be just one strike to the face, or it might have been several punches and kicking a man down. One man might have done worse than the other.

What are we coming to in this place...since when a person can be ordered to give blood...something is not right about that. Is this the kind of crap that our elected representatives sit back and allow to be imposed on the people. I am sure there are other more humane ways to drug or alcohol test a person. Being ordered to give your blood violates your human rights.
